PS3 Can you really not remarry on PS3?

I have hunted the internet for info on this and have found conflicting information. Can anyone verify that it is possible to leave your spouse on the PS3 version of Skyrim? Either by killing them or any other means. Thanks!

It is (as of the latest patch: 1.9) impossible to remarry in the game on all systems, except PC which requires a mod.

Bethesda has not added in a way to remarry on any system, though.
