I'll get something up tonight. Also, my RP Treasures of the Old Wotld is always open and we're in a good spot to pick up more people. In case anyone's interested.

    Height: 6'7"

    Weight: 86 kg or 190lb

Dialogue colour: White, unless reserved for NPC's then Cyan

    Appearance: (see screenshot)

Personality: Solitary, Suspicious, arrogant, yet passive in action, He finds a way to get things done, has some knowledge behind the mechanics of guns. Resolved in his endeavors, even if they don't seem to work in his favour.

    Sexuality: Heterosexual

    Occupation: Robco Technician.

Time spent in the Sierra Madre: 5 years.

    Tag!Skills: Science, repair, Lockpick.

    Strength - 4
    Perception - 8
    Endurance - 4
    Charisma - 1
    Intelligence - 7
    Agility - 3
    Luck - 1

Gear: Poorly conditioned pipe rifle (Due to insufficient parts), fashioned to fire .308 rounds. 3 .308 rounds, which he found after unimaginable amounts of scavenging. Robco jumpsuit, red bandanna. 8 Throwing knives, a further 3 makeshift glass throwing knives.

    Background:

Born Pre-war in California, to a middle class family. His father worked for Robco industries at mid-management level, which gained Michael his job as a technician at the age of 16 and was allowed to work on various products, from the first pip-boy to protectrons. This allowed Michael to save up his money, and eventually enroll in night school while keeping his day job. At the age of 22, Michael was offered a promotion but was forced to move to the Mojave. Around the time of the trip the events of the Great War started and it was during this time that he was exposure to the radiation which would fuel his transformation to ghoul.

Skip ahead a few hundred years and Michael was now in the middle of the strip being rebuilt. Three tribal clans had finally given in and slowly the devoid but spared city sprang to life. Michael retook up his old trade, found an abandoned REPCONN HQ and started to repair most of the distraught equipment. Slowly everything came online, and the area was secure. Robots patrolled the area, and were programmed to target creatures that were assumed to be hostile. Slowly, Michael also taught himself how to shoot medium to long ranged rifles (mostly with a plasma rifle he found in the facility) with modest proficiency so that he would not have to rely on the limited capabilities of the protectrons and sentry bots.

That was before he heard the cries of a woman on a radio frequency he had not received before, the woman proclaimed of the Sierra Madre Casino. Michael locked most of the building down, restored the plasma rifle where he found it (for fear of raiders getting it), and set the robots to an even more aggressive stance, locking them with a password of “ice cream” (something he had not had for centuries) before packing up his makeshift bedroll and setting off for the radio. That was 5 years ago, and the robots seemingly protected the HQ’s empty walls.

Mysteriously, Michael found himself awakened in a worn Robco jumpsuit, and a bomb collar around his neck.

And you guys do realize a starting character has 40 special points and we have 28 right? Just throwing that out there.

They are using the Fallout 4 SPECIAL numbers at Level 1

I know it threw me off at first too. But as we are not playable protagonists, it shouldn't be an issue.

In Fallout 4 you lack a level cap, and can use your perk point for a SPECIAL like Intensive Training.

Arguably it is artificial longevity. But it operates on a new and simplified system.

Yes the fallout game that isn't quite a fallout game. To say the least, I was disappointed.

Skies has it right. It's not like we're all the Courier.

I disagree. I think it's an excellent game and certainly better than Fallout 3

Finally, HuntScoyBoy, and Toxius, you've been rejected, but have another chance to post a CC. After sitting down with some other people, we decided that neither character fits within the narrative.

Hunt: Our biggest problem is the lack of character interaction and depth a Mister Handy could provide. We like the concept, but it doesn't work with the environment.

Toxius: There are some problems with your character. First of all, all the gear you have cannot be found in the Sierra Madre, and your lack of weapon skills mean that it would be extremely hard to justify you making a pipe rifle. The RobCo jumpsuit is completely farfetched in terms of gear you could have at the Casino.

Furthermore, a ghoul can't be six feet, seven inches realistically. Unless you were looking to brawl Legate Lanius, it seems out if place. Your backstory isn't bad, but it's not quite within the lore. To say your character singlehandedly got the REPCONN HQ back online is pushing the boundaries. You also talk about how your character is somewhat skilled in energy weapons and rifles, but never take it as a Tag skill.

Once again, you both have another chance to submit another CC.

Difference between knowing how to fire a rifle, and how a rifle is made.
Also, the Robco jumpsuit(plus, its basically a DEAD MONEY JUMPSUIT REMODEL) is worn out and compared to the worn jumpsuit in the DLC, just what Elijah had on stock.
He isn't skilled in Energy weapons and rifles, just knows enough to hit an non-moving target and self defence, and I fail to see how he singlehandedly overtook the REPCOON HQ, when he Found it, all the robots and electronics were OFFLINE, and he reenabled them (He has PRIOR knowledge, having worked with ROBCO PRE-WAR, fixing and programming them), which eventually lead to the COURIER finding.
A Ghoul CAN be six feet tall, they ARe just HUMANS, that have undergone GHOUlification... A human can be six feet, so further more a human that was six feet that underwent ghoulification would be a SiX feet Ghoul, unless they suddenly loss their legs.

Its perfect lorewise, that I pride myself in.
Plus, compared to the "Police Pistol" and "medical supplies" and "demolitions charges" A simple, rusted, poorly conditioned, low damage pipe rifle (Do you even realize how easy it is to make one? Like really, please google it.) that might even break in those few shots, could easily be explained. PLus, he's been there 5 years, and Is Not the Courier at all.

Also, to terms. fallout 4, while argumentatively better than Fallout 3, is ruined by the voiced protagonist, Mass effect speech wheel, lack of being able to even RP characters Eg EVIL CHARACTERS( Because you're too much of a goodie-too-shoes, plus backstory is already set). Not to mention the lack of Skills, but rather focusing on SPECIAL points that you can easily max out. Fun if you just want to kill enemies(they're everywhere), and explore the Commonwealth(there's a lot to explore). Plus, sure there's those nifty Easter eggs, dead skeletons with stories.
Oh, also the disc version only comes with 5GBs, out of 25GBs (Don't give me that anti-piracy crap, As the day after the game released, you could download 2 repacks, 1 pre-load cracked, 1 codex pack, and the ps4 version. It was just more cost-efficient for them, and remember not all of us have 200GBs/uncapped fibre internet @ speeds of 100mb/s)

So, Indirectly you just said you don't care about my opinion at all, Somehow you view me as a arrogant buffoon, unwilling to work with others at all. Yet, somehow, you seem to be always "right', and not willing to listen to others, like me.

Don't worry about me coming back, I don't like working with ignorant twats. Please, don't forget to give me my first negative rating, as I seem to be unable to work well with others.
Have a good day sir, and a merry Christmas.

Ok, here is the other one I made. If you don't think this one could work, I could just make an NCR Ranger or something.

    Dialogue Color Orange

    Name: Zhang

    Gender: Male

    Race: Asian

    Age: 13 years old

    Build: Scrawny

    Height: 4' 10"

    Weight: 80 lbs

Appearance: Relativly clean for a child of the Mojave Wasteland, despite the oil smudges on his face. He wears an oversized jumpsuit, has large glasses with a crack in the left lense, and has a suitcase filled with assorted junk metal and other salvage.

Personality: Afraid, while at the same time curious and adventurous. He is always looking for something to do, primarily scrapping or building something.

    Sexuality: Heterosexual

    Occupation: Gun Runner's manufacturer

Time in the Sierra Madre: 17 days

Tagged! Skills: Repair, Guns, and Sneak

    S.P.E.C.I.A.L. (28)
    Strength - 4
    Perception - 5
    Endurance - 2
    Charisma - 2
    Intelligence - 6
    Agility - 5
    Luck - 4

Gear: The only other thing he has besides his suitcase full of scrap is a police pistol. He also scrounged up enough tokens to get himself some Sugar Bombs.

Background: Son of a Gamorrah prostitute, Zhang was kicked out into Freeside at the age of two. He lived on the streets of Freeside for a couple years, scraping by by begging and digging. At the age of 5, was miraculously able to get a deal with the Gun Runners, exchanging food and board for his service. There Zhang's skills with gun repair flourished, and the prodigy soon was on the same level as adult workers. His desire to learn grew and grew.
But it soon got him in trouble. He started to sneak out of the facility at night to go build his own types of guns. While he was able to do this for a while, one night security caught him. He ran for as long as he could thinking thay will try to chase him down. He had nowhere else to go, so when he heard the sweet tune of the Madre, inviting him to "Begin Again," he was an easy victim.
