Battle fury on reanimated npc

quick question: does the dragon shout battle fury work on reanimated npc's or creatures? I've been thinking about building a necromancer with this shout In mind. thanks!

I tried it once with a few Draugr I had raised with the Ritual Stone. If they did have faster attacks , It was hard to tell on Xbox.

My Dead Thralls usually have enchanted blades so it probably wouldn`t work for them.
I also wonder if that Bardic drummer power works with raised dead and how I`d know if it did.
