PC armsman perk for assassin

Lets say my dagger is 10 dmg. With sneak x30 bonus i do 300 dmg.

with armsmen rank 5 i will do 600 dmg, right?

(10 base dmg + 100% from armsman) x 30 from assassin blade and db gloves, correct?

It really bugs me how it is calculated and if its worth it for my sneak thief assassin to max the armsmen perk.

yes it does. But i belive it effects the base damage. not sneak attack. But it will factor into sneak attacks.
