Anti-Aliasing problem

So, I've been playing some Oblivion lately and I'm having this problem that I can't turn anti-aliasing on. (no AA=crappy graphics)
Now, I know some of you were going to say that it's because I can't have both AA and HDR lighting, but HDR lighting isn't turned on! I can click the button all day long, it just doesn't turn on. Any help? Thanks.

Maybe your card isn't powerful enough for AA? Sorry I couldn't be of much help ;-;
