My alteration is at 100 and I'm doing the quest for Tolfdir for the master alteration spells. The quest objectives was bringing dragon heart scale to Tolfdir, but I went back to him I don't get the appropriate dialogue, which means I cannot purchase the master alteration spells. is this common bug, because I can't find any info about this on the wiki page.
