additem not working

Trying to cure myself of the Lycanthropy (Werewolf/Beast form). I had all of the Glenmoril heads, but dropped them somewhere before realizing I needed them. >.< Cannot remember where I dropped them, either.

So, I tried 'additem 0002996f 1' using the console command. Did not work.

Any ideas?
