achievment problem

k so i played throuh oblivion a few months b4 skyrim was released and my goal was to get every achievment but i ran into a problem, i got all but 1, the duke of madness one, i got its counterpart for bein the duke of mania, but my question is do i have to start another character to get the other one or is there a way to get both if i go back to an older save and make different choices during sheogoraths quests?

If you have a save before you chose the side, then yes you can get the achievement. I had this problem too and the only thing i could do to fix it was to make a new character.
