This may be a bug or something,
but takes anything that gives you extra magic, like an ring, lets say it gives you 50, a fire ball after you get the "Adept Destruction" perk it will be 33, or 36, but, this only works if you are mostly out of mana, you unequip, and them equip it back, you get 50 mana, this works when you are little on mana, well when you have less mana than the extra magic, I normaly bind 9 then I get out of mana, unequip equip...
