The best part of this whole thing is we may see mods lie we saw in fallout..
Being able to make our own castles and towns like custom settlers mod...
That would be freaking awesome in this games setting...
It's my understanding atleast that the downloaded steam versions are encrypted and can't be modded at the same degree because of legal issues.
Could be wrong though not really a techy guy
The presence of mods and the proven talent of TES modding community time and time again makes the PC far superior in terms of replayability.
If your rig can handle it then the pc version is a no brainer simply because of Mods and you need not look any further for more reasons.
Get the physical copy because if they make a script extender mod for the game or anything along those lines you will need a physical copy to access it..
That's why from now on I always get the physical copy of games I know will be modded heavily just so I don't miss out on any awesome mods
