There are PC MODS to let you wear 2 rings.
As to wearing more than 1 on each hand, basically, there would be too much conflict/interference from having rings in such close proximity on one hand. Like when you put 2 powerful magnets close together, or 2 radio waves.
Is there a way to permanently get rid of, for example, all the guards in a town?
If commands "disable", or "markfordelete" are used on common NPCs, will they respawn after time?
After some experimenting, I came to a conclusion that you indeed can only use trainers 5 times total per level.
So it would be beneficial to figure out which skills are most difficult to level for you and then start training at 1s level through trainers.
I often go to a master trainer in a skill I have not raised that level, yet they tell me my training is 5/5 and I can't train until I level up. Do these accumulate, so if I use one trainer to level 5 times, I can't use other trainers until next level?
I am very disappointed with the interface. I am on a PC and used to play Morrowind and Oblivion where interface was excellent, but now looks like consoles take precedence, as far as the interface is concerned...
I believe this is the house in Markarth, where you need to speak with a "mace" in the basement to continue the quest. On a PC there are ways to fix a similar situation, but I do not know how to go around this bug on Xbox.
