    I Finished Skyrim... Now What?

    Good point! I forgot the Bleak Falls Barrow quest was part of the main questline and did it (to get that shopkeeper his claw back) before going to Drangonsreach. Then you have a 25-pound Dragonstone you can't drop unless you turn it in at Dragonsreach.

    I Finished Skyrim... Now What?

    Just be careful not to wander into Dragonsreach! If you get anywhere the Jarl, Irileth will drag you into the main questline whether you like it or not. You don't have to go very far, but I'm pretty sure you at least have to do the Western Watchtower fight and then dragons start appearing.
