    Does anyone know how to re-enchant/recharge weapons?

    You can not change the effects of the weapon, but filled soul gems will recharge your weapon. Go to the weapon and it will say recharge beside the equip option and it will bring up a list of soul gems you have, and will show you how much charge you will recieve from using that gem.

    Where is the cheapest house to buy?

    Raid dungeons with almost empty pockets and loot everything worth 100 Gold or higher, and when you find dragons, take their scales and bones. Whiterun is the cheapest house, and heavy armor would be really easy to get if you lvld Smithing.

    Light Armor question

    It all depends on your perks. There are perks like Custom Fit, 25% If your head, chest, hands, and feet are all light armor, but again about the Mask Krosis...There are 8 Dragon Priests in the game, they all drop their Name on a mask, some are heavy armor some are light armor. Only 1 is required...

    There's a non exploit way to get it up fast. Just by pickpocketing every person in every Hold or City if they have a ring (most do) took me about 45mins to get from 17-100, without exploits.

    No it doesn't. Sneak gives you the only dagger bonus, but of course that's while sneaking (e.g lvl 50 sneak, Assassins Blade) But the one handed Armsman perk counts because its a 1 handed item. Hope this helps

    You cannot fast travel whilst guards are pursing you

    You can go into any building or cave and when you exit they should be gone. Or you can go into a different city, go into a building, talk to someone, and leave and it should fix it.

    You can save over it, or make a new save and delete the old ones when you realize you don't need the old ones anymore. Hope this helps.

    PC Dragon soul questions / Shouts

    Go to your magic tab, in your little menu, go to shouts down at the bottom, you'll see your shouts, go over the shout, and hit unlock on the word and it will take the soul you have and unlock the word, hope this helps.

    Novice Hood

    A lot of mages sell them all over the game, mainly in the College of Winterhold, but they are pretty easy to get at any level. The Riverwood Trader also sells them, seeing as how its the first town you go to when you start the game, you should have no problem getting them for cheap.
