I had the same thing on my laptop, and by dropping pretty much every setting to its minimum it ran fine, with the occasional hiccup when things got really intense, like a large fight.

I don't care about ESO. The only reason they made it, as far as I'm concerned, is because of the money, otherwise they would notice how dumb a lot of the mechanics implemented into it are, especially in an MMORPG.
I think the main issue with that spell is the lack of a projectile to help you out. It would make life so much easier to know if an enemy got tagged by it or not; instead we have to rely on a dim aura type effects that you can barely make out at a distance. Heck, I still don't know how far away...
Mine was having a falmer stuck on my arm and everytime I swung my sword it looked like I was using that corpse as a cudgel. It was seriously hilarious slamming a falmer against anything I encountered.
