necro battlemage
I wanted to make a battlemage, that used necrosis one handed and illusion but I'm not sure what perks would be a waste and which to use. Ill prolly use bound weapons till I'm on a fairly high level and heavy armor. Could someone tell me perks and whatnot to use.- dcptn--
