The one in Mercer's house was an enchanted Glass sword, I believe. Yes, there are other glass swords. You start finding them as regular loot around the higher levels and can smith them with the appropriate Smithing perk.
Why do you need Alteration? None of the spells in that school are very useful for an Assassin, except for Detect Dead/Life (but there's a shout for that) and (maybe) Water Breathing.
Race? High Elf for bonus to Magicka, Khajiit for bonus to Sneak, any race will work, really. I myself use an Orc...
Hmm, I don't know if I want to marry a woman who's been raped by a Daedric prince.. I think I'll just keep her in the friend zone :)
She is awesome though! Except when you're on the Volkihar side, then she kind of sucks!
I know man, I know. I really hate to say this, as I've been playing video games since I was a kid, but I think I've just lost my interest in them. Lately I've been spending a lot more time with my friends and family, partying and just hanging out. Since school's about to start, we're trying to...
I've just been leveling my Magicka/Health/Stamina 2/1/0.
Too much health isn't really needed if you have Followers or summons taking the damage for you. You just have to be careful to dodge arrows and other mage's spells.
Euroland Gray-Mane! He seems so humble and doesn't really brag about the fact that he's the best smith in Skyrim. That smith in Wndhelm is just jealous!
I gotcha, I gotcha. Well, I'd just avoid the crafting skills altogether. I planned out my build with the Skyrim Perk Calculator and I won't have any free points until level 50, since I'm leveling all five schools. I'd recomend the same to you!
Nahh, I don't think I'll be training either, especially not Enchanting. I have no desire to have robes that allow me to just spam limitless Destruction spells and paralyze every enemy that gets near me without draining any of my Magicka. I want a challenge!
I most likely won't be doing Alchemy...
Pacifist is very fun! You'll find yourself in an akward spot when a quest FORCES you to kill someone though.
Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if you can pickpocket quest items from end bosses. For example (SPOILER ALERT) the Staff of Magnus from Morokei at the end of Labyrinthian...
The limited carrying capacity is probably one of my favorite parts! I decided to go with 20% of my limit, and since I'll never upgrade my Stamina, my limit will forever be 60. It really helps with not becoming too rich too soon and being able to buy whatever you want. You have to spend money...
I'm actually doing the same with Wooly's restrictions as well! I've been playing it for about two weeks now and at level 12, things aren't too bad. I skipped Impact, as it seemed way too easy. As long as you have a conjured minion and/or companion, melee enemies won't focus on you. It's rather...
I like this, man! I like this a lot! When I play, I often pay NPCs for things like stabling my horse or serving me a drink at a tavern. I generally only give them 10-20 coins, but you could always give them more if you'd like.
Other ways I keep myself from having too much money is I never loot...
I agree with you there, man. Making a quality journal takes A LOT more time than you'd think, huh? Wooly just makes it look easy :)
I really wish I could keep my journal going, but I'd rather spend my time playing the game than spending hours writing like I did. Roleplaying with these...
