1. What's the strongest playtype for vampires? mage, archer, melee?
I would have to say a sneaky mage type only because being a vampiric necro and messing with peoples heads via illusion tree is fun that and if played right you wont get hit alot.Other than in 1vs1 fights.
2. After answering...
Imo imperial would be the best since they have Voice of the emperor Special ability which could be used effectivly as an exit strategy if discovered or to help even the odds in an unfair fight.Even if it is just for 60 secs. Also finding more gold is always a bonus.
I would only choose a breton...

i dont like any destruction magic illusion/conjuration is imo more fun to play around with but if i had to choose a specific destruction magic i would say frost. only because it helps with mele mobs useing anything more than a normal attack on you.
Stormcloaks all the way.Snotty Bratty kids of the whiterun jarl need to learn.. there are reprocusions to calling people ...kissers.That and being a stormcloak playes into what im trying to do with my character.
i agree i dont like trying to overpower my chars just seems so unatural and not fun.Playing a mage who uses mana and acualy has to use it wisely seems to me anyways the better way to go.Pain in the but waiting for mana at times yes but thats apart of who a mage is at its core. Not some person who...

Ya its difficult at times. The way im building my char though tends to buffer most of the damage i should be taking and throws it off me and onto someone else or my pets.I Choose pets most of the time so followers/dogs/hirelings are usualy never following me around.
Determining if a mob is to...
If you collect the weapons from the lost legends quest (The ones that look etheral and have stamina enchant on em) and already have an enchant stamina effect in your list of enchants. These weapons will appear as if you dont have that enchantment already disenchanted and will continuosly put the...
Currently i play on Master Difficulty with a few restrictions
- Hud set to 0%
- Cannot Use Potions ( No exceptions )
Also a few others but these 2 restrictions puts quite a challenge on master difficulty.Makes you think instead of the rinse and repeate play style of a mage.
Also if you...
Mages may seem weak during there initial stages of the game but once you level up they acualy are quite fun to play.Just gotta stick with it.Past the initial hickup of low levels.
My character alone at level 15 can summon his adept undead pet with apprentice alteration armor and Illusion...
Ya iv had that happen but only once before. He said somthing about dueling me and other things that i really wasnt paying attention to, then he just started to attack.
Merchants who buy arms/armor are called Blacksmiths.Pritty much all towns have one.
Npcs who buy jewlery are mages in the jarl's quarters (sometimes in inns) and general merchants.
Potion merchants are called alchemists. They can usualy be found in every town.
No you dont have to have a...
