    dang... this thread is pretty old... i thought i was a genius for coming up with my latest playthrough... a khajiit "clawer"... yes the heavy armor perk is a must and enchant with the unarmed damage enchantment found on the guy in the ratway. the +15 unarmed for khajiit isnt much in the late...

    yeah... it took me a while to decide whether or not to kill him. i decided that even though he repented, he still needs to be punished for his transgressions. Like if a mass murderer today repents, he still gets executed.
