    Go ahead and work on them at the same time. You will go through weapons quickly (also armor) because you're going to want to keep upgrading to better quality items. Make sure you have plenty of cash.

    You should level up one handed because the bow isn't recommended for close range fighting. Enchanting is something you should also invest in. The power you get out of it is great.

    Reading books will not only give you skills but The legend of red eagle will provide a good quest. My Skyrim is unpatched and I got a glitch turning my reward into a bucket. Enjoy!

    There is still alot of awesome quests and random things you can find in the game. Have you seen the giant mudcrab, lonely giant, the frozen mammoth?

    I snipe all enemies so the archery boast of Krosis comes in handy, my lockpicking skill is 100 so I don't really need the perk.

    They have the disarm shout which just knocks it out of your hands search closely on the ground. Sometimes things clip through the ground so crouch and go inch by inch. As for followers one of my housecarls took the Skull of Corruption and started using it.

    You don't need all the perks. I'm at 100 sneak and enemies sometimes walk by me without seeing me. As for the roll. You don't need the perk just crouch jump forward and in midair press the sprint button you will roll forward when you land.
