Mages are pure unadulterated badassery if you know how to use them. Read: Defense is just as important as offense. Alteration and ward spells are your friend.
Ulfric, for obvious reasons. I shouldn't have to explain this one to people who support the Legion. Siddgeir is a spoiled little prick, too.
My favorites are Elisif and Idgrod.
Vampires, provided that they're depicted the way they should be. (read: NOT FLUFFING TWILIGHT.)
In-game, I like how they are portrayed. Primarily a bunch of rogues that are frowned upon and feared by society. Their lore is interesting, too.
Well, you could always have a follower do the killing for you, if your character's morality allows it. Other than that, you better hope for some freakish coincidences when facing dragons in the wilderness. Like having a bunch of overpowered NPCs nearby.
Is it just me, or does the dragonscale set look too heavy to be classified as light armor? I understand that the dragon-level armaments needed a light armor set, but... imagine walking around in that thing. You'd be lucky to walk 50 meters. I don't know, I just feel like dragon hide armor...
