True, but that's exactly why I keep my perks rather balanced. I only use the perks I see working for me. In the case of smithing, I never perk it up ebcause in all honesty I am likely to find the various types of armor throughout the game. Xbox 360 Why does Lydia keep dieing?
Yeah I've had many followers. horses, and dogs die. It's a shame, but it happens a lot. What I tend to do (especially in a Dwemer ruin level) is tell my follower to wait behind, check out the area, and if something too powerful for me to handle on my own (ie. 6 Falmer) pops up I lead them back...- secretsquirrely
