Who is the most powerful NPC?

Very Irritating Enemies!
High level mages, yup. I mean, Dragon Priests are supposed to be challenging and powerful. They're friggin Dragon Priests! Heya After pretty much completing Skyrim by my standards, I did the alchemy resto loop to see what sort of crazy stats I could come up with. If you don't know what the loop is, it's basically an exploit where you craft potions which boost your raise alchemy stat on your armor...- jabulaniman
