    Do I have to become a werewolf to continue with the Companions?

    The third quest already has me going to the Underforge to get diseased. Is this necessary to continue? Pisses me off because I wanted to get some Archery training from whatsherface, but now she's stuck in werewolf mode.

    You got trained and it still didn't go away? In that case maybe leveling up will un-stick it. I love the two-handed myself.

    If I killed him I wouldn't have gotten the reward from the Companions. Otherwise, yeah.

    Couldn't talk to him because he was waiting to be returned to Riverwood. He just kept saying Please take me home! like a helpless child. After trying the Companions again in Whiterun, I returned to Riverwood during the day (the first time was at night), and then he decided to leave.

    I rescued Sven from bandits and have regretted it ever since. I went to Riverwood to the spot where the quest arrow is hovering in the air, but Sven won't leave. Can you command NPC's on PC so I can just get him to stop following me?

    You're totally right. When I trained up my Archery it was fixed right away.

    I should have said that I already checked for disease. This is really a mystery to me.

    What I mean is it should be 25, but reads 15. No idea why. Is this due to some equipment I'm wearing? What would penalize Archery and nothing else?
