    Installed a "Draugr Apocalypse" mod, it spammed dozens of zombies in groups everywhere (And dear God, THOUSANDS maybe TENS of thousands in Whiterun).     The impossible has happened.....

    I recently had the same issue, and I found going through the game refusing to loot bodies (Human bodies for me.) Is a great way to increase difficulty and keep the game fun. Maybe your character could be a priest/paladin and believes those who loot the dead will go to the Skyrim version of Hell...

    Strongest Creature in Tamriel Physically?

    I'd have to say mammoth... I've watched those things slaughter twenty zombies, then go kill a dragon with barely a scratch. They're really tough, thanks to their size. (Which is also their downfall, I mean, there's no way to miss an animal bigger than your house.)

    Interestlingly enough, I've never once made a Nord. (Despite my 30+ characters and hundreds of Skyrim hours) I've only even made one character who fits that Nordic stereotype (Heavy armor, two handed, smithing.) And that was an Argonian :P Anyway to the OP, try a Bosmer would be my suggestion...
