Other than knowing that you have to use soul gems to enchant, I have NO idea how to enchant weapons. I heard that it makes your weapon stronger so I would like to learn how to do so.

Well I just started over as a warrior that uses two handed weapons and light armor(Level 7). I was going to focus on smithing, but found out I need Heavy Armor to do that and I was going to switch to Heavy Armor, but I already put 2 points into Light Armor.

I was thinking of having my Redgaurd use destruction magic since im a one-handed user, but im already level 6 and placed a point into blocking. Can I still do it or will it ruin my character?
