    I'm playing it on Xbox 360 although i wish it was pc heard there was a fix for it on their. I stupidly carried on playing and it and it won't let me load back to the save where i spoke to him because there's too many things i done after that :oops: Yeah i really hope theres going to be a patch...

    Its like taking your weapon out to attack someone and then putting it back on your back. For example on the xbox you press (X) repeatedly and for playstation you press (Square) repeatedly

    YES I FIXED IT! I ran outside the of thr Jarl's palace thing, and equipped the WhiteRun Axe and sheathed it and the guard allowed me to do my Jail time, Thanks guys! :)
