Seems like a good build idea. Hopefully they'll introduce new effects to sneak hits other than just damage multiplier's, like a greater chance to paralyze, etc.
Block, Bash, then slash. If given the opportunity (when time is slowed during their power attack, and they have a weapon) power bash, it can disarm them.

You don't even need to feed. The 50% weakness to fire is easily countered, and you get 50% resistance to frost and enhanced abilities if you refrain from feeding.
Surprisingly, I haven't seen a Vampire raid on a town yet. I did, however, find some Vampires who were beating on that petty Hakar while he was running away screaming.
It's very easy to become stronger than even a Vampire Lord that has the ancient Vampire Amulets/Rings, even without the exploitation of glitches. Plus, as a Vampire Lord, not having the Rings/Amulets isn't a huge detriment.
Wrong, that's simply an assumption, and nothing more. Me doing something after you doesn't show that I'm "butthurt", there are many other reasonings possible.
