    On my old archer character, I used steel arrows all the time. I don't believe it is weird, everyone has their own opinions on things.

    I find the Bard College misleading, actually. Newer players probably thought that you could learn to play instruments, but instead you just go fetching things for a load of random people. However, on topic; I would have to say The College of Winterhold.

    You can't really pick a high king for everyone, because the chosen person could be dead in someone else's game or no longer a Jarl. (Ulfric Stormcloak, Laila Law-Giver etc.)

    You do not have to pay, there is always the glitch.

    You could always "void" joining the thieves guild and use the Khajiit Caravans as fences when you unlock it.

    Earlier today I found a glitch where you can do the sneak roll from the perk in the sneak tree without buying the perk.
