    The dark brotherhood doesn't care if the person deserves it or not. there's a person that's wanted dead, and there's money in it. Those that question weather or not its right to assassinate this one person shouldn't be in the brotherhood.

    Khajiit are allowed in the cities. its the caravans that aren't allowed inside, as they sell skooma and moonsugar, and disrupts the local merchants.

    Best Class for DLC?

    A spellsword is the best option. one handed, destruction, heavy armour, (with a magees hood instead of a helmet) And miraaks spoils reward this playstyle the most.
