Unfortunately in your position, no, all you can do is ignore the quests I’m afraid, Alternate start provides the best route of ignorance to your dragon powers, but as a PS4 player, you cannot access that mod ): (I played on PS4 in the past, Xbox is way more worth it)- Harc

Telvanni Tower house
There is a glitch, I’m not sure whether or not the unofficial Skyrim patch resolves this or not, (can’t say yes or no for sure as I forget right now) but unless you have mod support there really isn’t any way to take up residence in Tel Mithryn- Harc
