Maybe you have a subpar level for the amount of time that you've played. I'm on almost the same amount of hours as you but I'm level 30.
Have you leveled any smithing/enchanting/locpicking at all?
I would like to see that.
But we should be able to customize the way we like to play.
I'd hate not to be able to carry more than 40 arrows. Specially on master difficulty. Sometimes it takes a full quiver to kill a Blood Dragon or a Troll.
But actually not being able to fast travel would...
Hardcore mode would be great. Even when you are into roleplay sometimes you might cheat yourself and do something you "weren't" supposed to do.
but Wheato has a great point. Do it yourself!
I'd add another point to the hardcore fans: never fast-travel.
Not likely.
Because in Skyrim most of the important NPC's are not mortals.
You might kill people who'd give you misc quests anyways. But that's not a big deal, imho.
I, too, play as an assassin. And usually I save before engaging on combat (specially because I play on master difficulty)
I kinda have that question too..
My assassin has little to none Alchemy leveled, though I really like to mix it up from time to time. I makes me wonder if it is really worth it!
I mean, should I level Enchanting [or insert skill here] instead of Alchemy?
