Sorry dude. That's very poor quality specs. You'd play Skyrim at a push on the lowest settings imaginable. I would jack your ram up to about 32 gigs and crossfire 2 AMD Radeon HD 7850 2gb- Anthrax

PC Can I run Skyrim?
You would be able to play Skyrim on high settings if it wasn't for that Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 card. You can play on low and probably with a tweaked prefs ini on medium quality with lower resolution to increase FPS rate. If you want more help on ini settings, you can just let me know ;)- Anthrax

Why did Bethesda make the college of Winterhold quest line so lame?

Yeah it is possible. I modded my ex gf's Skyrim on her Xbox with armour, tweaks and lots of other plops. The game needs to be compiled with the mod data and then installed. However this process requires that you Jtag the Xbox and other plops. So it's not advisable. Just play it on PC ;)- Anthrax
