    I'm pretty sure the dragon at Saering's watch is leveled, so unless you've already reached a higher level, the serpentine dragon doesn't appear, it's just gonna be a normal frost dragon or something like that at lower levels :)

    Well in the case of Skyrim, it's probably not worth pushing it as far as one can since the game itself can't handle all too much, which is unfortunate, when you have a somewhat good rig you obviously wanna use it to it's full potential, but with Skyrim, it's just not gonna happen.

    Have you tried disabling the depth of field effect? It's really strong in some ENB profiles, it blurs everything basically, I usually turn it off when I play.
