    Oh and you can always do the same job after you quit one. It's always random, so you won't have to do the same one.

    There's an option to end the job in the dialogue when you speak to Vex.

    His house is one of the ruined houses, but you can always fault out of the current job you have and start a new one with Vex.

    sacrificing a follower

    You could always find a follower that requires a miner favor, and sacrifice them. Maybe Sven from Riverwood?

    You could always pickpocket it from his, that's what I did. Just save right before you do it that way if you fail you could just load up that save.
