    Well another question is I'm having this problem as well and the guy for the abandon house isn't showing up so I can't do the quest "House of Horror". And it is the only daedric artifact i have left to get. After using the stormcloaks to take over does the man to the abandon house show back up?

    I did the orc a favor I just did what he asked you do some quick back and forth in the mine but after the quest is over you get some magic armor so if you want that don't kill'em all

    Kallisti: Go to the jail in windhelm walk to the weird looking jail cell and speak with the man in it. Agree to help him and when you hunt him down don't kill him let him go and he becomes a friend and maybe he will turn you. I'm not really sure just trying to help.

    To Brad: Yeah if you do the companions quest you can control it just as a spell its located in the area where your character specific magic area such as for nord {battle cry}. But as for random werewolf bites you meet a guy in jail that is a werewolf {sinding} and he turns randomly so I'm not...

    yeah and the only options it gives me is 'I'm with the guild can you look the other way", "I was framed", " Ok take me to jail", " I'll die before I go to jail". And no matter what I choose it just restarts the conversation except for "I'll die beforee going to jail."
