    Troubles Making a New Character

    Not sure if this is the appropriate spot, and this thread has probably been done to death, but I'm relatively new so cut me some slack (please?). Basically, I was wondering what others do to get through the initial phases of starting a new character. I try to all the time, but get demotivated...

    Spellswords vs. Battlemages

    Not sure if this would fall under help or not, so forgive me if it's in the wrong section, but what is the difference between these two? Does one use armor and enchanted weapons while the other uses bound weapons and regular clothing/robes or something? I've seen varying answers everywhere.
