    If I am correct - the Redguards outlaw magic/despise it and most of them are sword-and-shield warriors. Also I assume most of them are mercenaries as the guards say '...now we have mercenaries from Hammerfell strutting about.' I would first get an alik'r hood and redguard clothes from radiant...
