    How are Destruction Runes?

    Defenitely NO! Later in the game, you will notice that fireball and incinerate is FAR more effective. Trust me, runes at hight level are useless. What utilities have runes that does 50 points damage if you can directly toss fire at them?

    When you are wearing heavy armor but you must stay agile, like a kahjiit, for exemple, you muste use a lot of stamina for sprinting. Also, it increases the carying capacity, and i tell ya that one point of this makes all the difference.
