    I have the same problem. I have upgradd the crossbow as much as possible. I have gone on at least 25 vampire hunt quests. My wife has been kidnapped 3 times. And after rescuing her the last time and killing the master vampire I cleared the cavern and than left to fast travel back to our house so...

    I Have the exact same problem. Its rather lame. I have been doing all the side quests hunting down vampire masters in the mean time. A way to fix this would be nice.
