    I passed the glitch long ago, but I think a good bit of other people do run into it... Oh and the reason Kyne's Peace didn't work is probably because it only works on creatures, doesn't it? Correct me if I'm wrong.

    I am normally a sneaky archer... like always... but for Dawnguard the best way to go (imo) is Heavy Armor, Sword, Shield, Archery. Its loads of fun. Oh and btw, how do you get the color thing for your sig? :)

    The expansion is great, just very buggy. Hopefully they patch these things soon, would make the DLC a lot better in my opinion.

    Length for you guys.

    On Master difficulty, the Dawnguard side of things to me about 17 hours to complete. This was with no fast traveling, so I had to walk back and forth from the Southeast corner of the map all the way to the Northwest a couple of times. Still, I really enjoyed it, and am starting my Vampire now...

    I just went and did some other quests, like for the Enhanced Crossbow and such. Just keep trying to talk to him, and I walked off for a little bit and the quest completed while I was smithing. Btw, I beat the Dawnguard storyline, its EPIIICCCCC. But, the Vampire Lord, oh my goodness. I just...

    If anyone else runs into this problem. Try to talk to him a lot, and wait a ton. Then go do some smithing. That worked for me. Sorry for cluttering up the forum... That stupid prick is still laying on the ground. :mad:
