    How to find new shouts

    No, seriously! I was at level 18 and wandering around trying to figure out how to find new shouts. I also was baffled at how to get absorbed dragon souls to be used - on the 360, I would to activate a new shout, and it would say I need a dragon soul, even though I had 4 - hitting the X button...
