Ja, kinsman! For the Kaiser!
Ja Kaiser, I'll put zhem out of business.
Also, just got my first unit of Teutonic Knights last night. Excited to try them out! What buildings do you need to make dismounted feudal knights and imperial knights?
Haven't gotten around to Imperial knights yet. for Feudal, I think you need either city watch with the armourer upgraded buildings, or militia drill square. The heavier armourer upgrades you have, the better infantry/cav/ archers. Just keep an eye on what's ready to upgrade, and upgrade everything once you've amassed enough coin.
For example, I use Innsbruck as my main heavy infantry centre, and Madge-something or other for cav, pavise crossbowmen. But Innsbruck is a fortress level, and thats when I started getting dismounted feudals. And mounted, if you have barons stables, I think.
Okay, I see. I converted Florence into a castle and it's on its way to fortress level. I now have several fortresses that can make armored sergeants. Frankfurt and Milan are my main source of siege weapons. Catapults and ballista snake a great combo for taking cities. Castles are a stretch for them though. I really need trebuchets for that.
