    No problem! And great job, girl. I definitely love some cardio in the AM as well... even though I'm ravenous for the rest of the day. :P I planned on working out this morning too, but I was just too drained last night, so I chose to sleep in. I'll be hitting the gym after work.

    Agreed :) Next week I'll have a more solid plan laid out for cardio/weights hopefully, and a friend of mine is dragging me to Crossfit on Monday.

    I've never tried Crossfit, but heard it's really tough. I'm doing a Turbo Fire (cardio) and ChaLEAN Extreme (weight training) hybrid starting on Monday. For now I'm just doing various cardio stuff and running. Good luck and once again, a big congratulations on your hard work and progress. That's excellent!

    My friend says they do a fitness test on the first day, and then from there you do stuff that is at your level, so we'll see how it goes. I've heard great things about those programs you're doing. And thanks! Good luck to you as well doll.
