Is there a patch out??

I play on PS3, and there hasn't been any patch. Bethesda would of patched all consoles and PC together, so I don't think it's a patch. :S

yeah, I notice my skyrim just finished downloading on steam. hope it fixed a lot of the problems peoples been having

Definitely agree with this. There are quite a few bugs in Skyrim, I've encountered 3/4 bugs myself. I hope bethesda can fix them all!

From what I hear, this is pretty typical of Bethesda and The Elder Scrolls games in general. They usually release pretty buggy. All the reviews I read said that the bugs are annoying but livable and that the game itself is so good, that it's worth playing even with the bugs. So far, I have to agree.
