My Macabre Wedding (share yours here)

I proposed to Aela the Huntress and she was kinda sexy about it all, "of course", she said, "I have been thinking about you.." Which was interesting and spooky at the same time, being as I proposed to her in the bowels of a crypt. haha
So anyway, eventually I headed off to the wedding ceremony, full of excitement and that. Lydia had vanished from my location so I assumed all was going ahead and all the guests would be waiting for the groom. The cut-scene started as I walked in, so I couldn't look around 360 without breaking the ceremony and I could only see Lydia and a couple of others from here. And there she was - my wife to be, dressed in her beautiful wedding dre... hang about! She's still in her war-paint! Minx! WTF?!
Anyway, the service was quickly over, Aela just turned & walked home.. I wanted to shout something, "OI! Where's my kiss?" The usual dialogue occurred, but with a more soothing voice.
But here is the clincher, and bear in mind I have donated to all beggars, I am thane of Whiterun, Chief of The Companions, The Listener & even Archmage: guess who turned up at our once-in-a-lifetime special day?? The only folk there was two members of the Cult of Namira..! Frikkin cannibals!
Where the hell were all my friends? Where were Aela's friends?

What's your story?

I only have one character that's married, my Redguard. He ended up marrying Sylgja, the miner girl from Shor's Stone. He took a liking to her after hearing her story, how she can crack rocks with the best of em... and that she got hurt trying to deliver some food to the men down in the mine.... At their wedding the only person that I immediately recognized in the crowd was Jenassa, my character's first follower. I think the other attendees may have been her dad from Darkwater Crossing. It was all over kinda fast, they exited the temple so quickly, I didn't even see them outside in Riften.

I want to become an assassin first, kill a bride and then wear her blood-soaked wedding gown to my wedding.

Weddings really suck at this game
After I saw how poor they married me for Aela I killed everyone on ceremony, blasted entire room, killed Aela, throwed her body in lake and jumped off the cliff killing myself in process and deleting all saves and starting new character who will never be married

My first was with my Pally who i ended up deleting. But anyhow i married Aela as well, i mean we were both werewolves and she i just sexy. I had the same first thought, WTF is up with the war paint at our wedding Bitch? But i got past that and like you had Lydia and two others cant remember who it was now. After Aela left she vanished for two days then finally turned up in my home with her store opening. I really just wish lydia would stop sitting around my bed and constantly being in my married business.

Next wedding was with my Wood Elf evil archer assasian being the listener and all i decided i was ready and married Carmella because i got tired of looking around. Cicero was there doing his stupid damn jester jokes the whole time along with my spectral assasian repeating himself and sure enough there was Lydia and a few others. They could have at least brought the night mothers coffin!! Well i hope on my next character it will be better lol

On my assassin character the jarl of Riften came to mine.
