What if she's role playing? Her character might not join the thieves guild because she's too kind or hates thieves. Maybe she doesn't want to steal.

wrong person. I didn't ask from you. no offense.

It's a forum. People support other people and try to help explain there ideas. I was thinking the exact same thing as Kenny.

well what if I didn't ask a help? no need to make a debate I didn't ask so don't answer.
when the right person shows up she might answer if not, it doesn't matter. I don't expect answers from other people because I didn't ask from other people. it's very impolite interfering into conversations when it's not targeted to you and to general population. I guess it's simple as that. you can ignore my comment and move along

He is the Prince of Order. Or was it biscuits?
It doesn't bother me too much, but am I the only one that gets Assaults when hunting? Every Deer, Fox, Bunny, and Elk I shoot with an arrow i get an assault. I laugh, because when my friends come over they always ask why i have so many assaults, and i can say is "Elk are people too".

There's one thing that really bugged me about the main quest, Is after you Kill Alduin, the Blades tell you to kill paarthunax, and there's nothing other than kill him and have the grey beards pissed at you or the Blades being pissed at you. I wish there was a show down were paarthunax and Esbern and Delphine all meet at one place and you either pick The Blades or the Grey beards side and have to kill the opposing side. Another thing about this is that the Blades are supposed to follow the DragonBorn and do what he says, not the other way around. Esbern says that his oath to the Blades will not give you any comfort while Paarthunax is still alive, But Esbern's oath is to the DragonBorn Which I am. It makes no sense, I would rather just Kill off the blades altogether and have Paarthunax thank me for not devouring his soul. It would have been better writing, in my opinion. They could make a patch were they fix this and make it so you can say no, and then you fail the quest altogheter and Paarthunax will give you thanks, and say something in his awesome voice.

The only thing that I hate about skyrim is it's too short.

You may think I'm crazy, but what if Skyrim's land would of been ten times bigger, 150 sq miles instead of 15? What if there was 10 times more quests, ten times more unique NPC's? Ten times more everything!!!! Of course if they had done that, they'd still be making the game.

Ten times the amount of glitches. Great. To be honest, I think the game could have done with less quests. Look how repetitive all the dungeons are - we've basically got about 300 versions of the same draugr tomb and 50 versions of the same dwarfern ruins, i think they should have put more effort into making the places a bit more unique.

Mr Forz

I'm helping. Mostly.
The only thing I truly hate is the way Bethesda abused with the essential characters. No way to really fail unless it's your own death, no way to twist the face of many characters or quests, and most of Skyrim's jerks are essential.

I hate how the characters rarely have any depth. They rarely show emotion other than hatred or anger, mostly not even that. And if a character for once has a background story worth talking about there's nothing to ask him. For example, Runil in Falkreath was an Aldmeri Battlemage killing people faster than they could probably turn to him, and you can't ask him anything. How he was even able to get to Skyrim without being cut down by ex-soldiers, how the Thalmor rule expresses itself upon its own people in his homeland, and much more. Maybe I'm just used to Naughty Dog's characters who actually got some spirit, but this is just maddening. Sure you can make your own assumptions, but those don't have to be true.

Sometimes I really wish I could offer them voluntary help for character design...

what's the problem with joining to thieves guild. after all it's one of side factions where there are a lot of side quests.

They are actually right. I do role play and, while my current character isn't against all crime, she doesn't like the idea of a thieves guild. She is more chaotic good, and the thieves guild is really self-serving.

From the perspective of a player:
1)I don't care if there are a lot of side quests. There are a lot of side quests EVERYWHERE in Skyrim. I can't walk into a city without tripping over side quests.
2) I have actually tried playing the thieves guild quests to get the achievements. In previous Elder Scrolls games I enjoyed thieves guild quests, but I don't like the Skyrim thieves guild. I don't like that they are just bullies. I absolutely hate Maeven Blackbriar and actually restarted a game so I didn't have to take orders from her. This really stinks because most of my skills are in the thieving skill set.

I hate when I play on my PC and after alt+tab-ing both my normal mouse and skyrim mouse pointers appear on the screen until I restart the game.

I hate that no matter how many perk points I've acquired, I seem to be always one point short.

Or when you try to alt-tab back and go straight to a CTD.

BTW - I found when returning to Skyrim if I hit Alt+Tab and Select Skyrim from the running programs, I'll get a windowed box that takes up almost the whole screen and says Skyrim at the top, with the inside of the window being solid black.

If I then click the top of the window (on the frame near where it says Skyrim, not inside the window), then alt+tab to select Skyrim from the running programs a second time, I'll get the game back without the double mouse pointer.

It is a bit convoluted and strange, but at least for me, it works.

I am about done with Skyrim. I got into it later then most. But I found so many bugs the first time through, I started over after 200+ hrs. Now am at 195 hrs the second time and Stones of Barenziah is bugged. I never bought the manual/guide. Is there a way to unstack the stones on X360 ??? Have Completed Main quest and many others, and have no desire to replay Thieves Guild again ! ! !

I don't "hate" Skyrim, I "hate" Bethesda for ignoring many of us when we'd call/email them about the very many serious bug's and glitches. How they'd read a script, telling that they know about the problem and are working on it (when in actuality, they did nothing but make things more frustrating).

I love Skyrim, the the DLC's Dargonborn and Dawnguard are pretty good. Hearthfire has so much suckage I dumped it. But like I've said many times, ad nauseum, Bethesda dropped the ball on what could have been an Epic game.

And I seriously doubt if they're going to put out any more patches for anything of Skyrim.

I hate that everything seems to be on the far side of some Divine-forsaken mountain with only one long path being the correct way around.

My character is a warrior using two handed greatswords, but until I'm spotted I use stealth and my bow. If I can I like to take out everyone one by one with my bow and never get noticed. The thing I absolutely hate is when I am aiming at an enemy with my bow, have poison on my arrow, took a potion of enhanced archery then when I am locked on and release.....arrow bunces off the rock I'm standing on, or hits a wooden railing thats in front of me. Even though it seems like I'm CLEARLY going to miss the object and hit my target, it still manages to get caught up and waste my potions and alarm the enemy. I've even had killshot sequences and I get all excited, just to have it bounce off the damn rock. I just wish there was an easier way to tell if there was something in my way before i shoot.

honestly, I have gotten t the point where I notice all the things that could make the game better. Magic cs to my mind mainly. Mainly the Destruction tree. It is just so underpowered at later levels. I remembered not too long ago I was fighting an Elder Dragon on Master with only Destruction. It damn near took me 20 minutes to even get the thing on the ground. Then it took me another 20 to kill it. This was all decently leveled spells btw.
Now I know that the other trees could have helped, but that is beside the point.Destrucion is underpowered. What I think should have been done is insteadonly reducing magicka cost for the spell, damage should have been increased as well in later levels. Not only would this make Destruction more viable, but also would make the lower leveled spells more useful and not so obsolete.

Many things have already been said but this has been an issue since Morrowind.

Spell damage did not scale with level / intelligence / willpower. Okay, Morrowind was an arguably old game with many balance issues and it mostly followed a more traditional D&D-like approach, having limited mana for limited amount of spells and such. But even in D&D many spells scaled with your level and other scores to a certain degree.

Next, Oblivion. Same thing. Spell damage does not scale with any stat. At this point it was already ridiculous. Really? Weapon damage scales as you acquire new weapons AND as you upgrade your strength. But at least they allowed mana to regenerate.

And they STILL did nothing about it in Skyrim.

One of the biggest fails of the franchise that they've neglected to address since... 2002? Luckily enough there are mods that fix this but really... this makes me want to say bad things.

Also, I dislike how you have to 'equip' your magic spells like weapons. It was better the way it worked in Oblivion, imo.

Still love the game though.
