PS3 Wierd Trophy Problem

OK as i have just purchased the Dawnguard DLC on PSN, it seems that when i looked to see if i had any new trophies to find and what to get I found trophies from Dragonborn AND Hearthfire DLC as well... but when i tried to get them the captain that was supposed to take you to Solstheim wasn't there and the orphanage wasn't allowing me to adopt anything. If anyone can help me about this please do, otherwise im looking at 26 other trophies that i can't even get

Welcome to the Forums.
If you haven't purchased the corresponding DLC then the trophies are unavailable.

have you done the dark brother hood quest to kill the old lady at the orphanage, because if she is still alive you cant adopt a child, i had that same problem, but after doing that quest to start the dark brotherhood ( involves killing the old lady ) you can then talk to the new orphanage owner and adopt a child or two.
