I was wondering if I kill every one in a town will in example a blacksmith would some one replace me because I just kill him by mistake..

I remember reading someone write something about a dragon attacking Riften. This dragon ended up killing the town blacksmith and when he returned on a later date there was a new NPC to take his place. The interesting part was that this new blacksmith mentioned how terrible what happened to the last guy was, and mentioned he had been an apprentice under the previous one for several years.
I can't say for sure if you personally kill them though, especially not if you decide to mass murder every killable NPC in a city.

Dude, just 'resurrect' him. I don't actually care for blacksmiths, so I called them the 'Worthless Organization of Skyrim', rid the 9 Holds of Skyrim of the blacksmiths and said to every one I meet 'A blacksmith awaits you in the doors of Oblivion, brother.'.

I tried to kill a khajit seller outside of whiterun but he wouldn't die! Maybe there are certain NPCs that just stay alive...

There was a blacksmith killed in a dragon attack in one town and he was gone for good, no replacement. In another the blacksmith was killed during a jail escape but his apprentice took over.
