'Dante's Extended Absence

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it seemed appropriate. I've been conspicuously absent lately due to my health. I've had reproductive health issues my entire life, and I've developed a large cyst on one of my ovaries. I've dealt with smaller ones on and off, but this one has been a particular source of pain and concern. It shouldn't be too much to worry about, so it would seem a this point, but it's been the source of a lot of worry and stress for me as you might imagine. I'm not anticipating a lot of problems with it, but of course that hasn't stopped me from thinking about it.

I've not talked to a lot of my friends about it, for obvious reasons, and have withdrawn from doing a lot of things that I enjoy. Thus why I haven't been around much. I haven't forgotten you all, and I'm looking forward to coming to spend time with you all again when I'm back in sorts with myself.
