So, is this guy indeed being serious and just spewing his own crooked opinions on something he obviously knows little about-- or is he trying to be funny and write a gag article, purposely using the wrong names to be amusing (not that I find it amusing myself)? The article and website gave me too much of a headache to investigate further.

If he's being serious, then I am genuinely creeped out that he thought this article was going to be a worthwhile read and something to actually discuss.

EDIT: Oh, so it is fake? It's not as creepy now, but still as idiotic.

You must realise that some kids are more or less mature than others, and therefore will take these things differently...

the only think that I've seen that might not be kid appropriate is the beheading.

Actually I have seen two beheadings now in Sktrim (not including my own unfortunate instance of losing my own head) and I was disurbed by both of them. No kids so no worries, but WOW was that a hard thing to watch.

I don't get it. If this was old times, kids would be lined up outside watching the executioner do his job (I'm kidding of course). Regardless, the game is rated M so if a child wants the game then the IRRESPONSIBLE parent who bought it for them is to blame for seeing it.

no your right parents would take thyre kids to hangings, beheadings, and to the guilutine to watch prisoners get executed. hell even in the states that was common practice. not the beheadings but watching somebody get hung was fairly common. maybe not as frequent the westerns want you to believe but it had happened moree then once.

OR... a third option is;

Instead of reading the first post, and then rushing off to respond.... forum members actually READ the entire thread!!!! if they did, they'd see that "christwire" is a lame-ass, satirical website... and the EFFIN' ARTICLE ISN'T REAL.

so, let's say this again, so it can die now....
This article is not serious. It's an attempt to be satirically funny.

It's a Christian website. Skyrim isn't mentioned in the bible and is therefore evil and must be destroyed. That's pretty much their view on everything.

seriously? WTF? Do you guys read anything that's been posted? It's not an effin' Christian website. It's a website that pokes fun at Radical Christians. Honestly... stop posting this crap.

Do a friggin' online search about "Christwire". Check Wikipedia. Something, anything...or simply read the damn thread from start to finish, and stop spouting off crap.

I know but still, seems a bit graphic too be posting something like that because if kids didn't know about it now chances are they will.

i was learning about sex ed in the second or third grade. but that doesnt mean i understood what the teacher was talking about. and sex is everywhere. here in the states i think people are to uptight about it. when i was in germany they had infomerciles with naked girls selling ringtones and games on regular tv after midnight. there was a bilboard with a naked girl selling power tools on one of our pt routes. we called that route the motivational run. lol. but no not in the us were too conservative. i think thats part of our downfall.

Well stand by what has been already stated, Some kids are ready before others, but either way, I'm a firm believer in the fact that I don't believe kids should start seeing or knowing that kind of stuff before the proper age, maybe that makes me conservative but I also believe it makes me a good parent.

I'm curious to know what child actually said their favorite part about playing Skyrim was "learning gay lingo" or admitted to thinking about having gay sex after playing it. Hahaha.
